Commercial overview
Wheat & Grains supply for international markets
Wheat and grain trades should start with intended use—milling, food manufacturing or another approved use—because quality parameters and grades differ materially. Australian-origin opportunities can be evaluated by season, grade, logistics and destination.
02
Product forms & buyer requirements
Buyer requirements may include protein, moisture, test weight, screenings, falling number and other end-use parameters. These should not be generalised across origins.
03
Packaging & commercial supply
Containerised bagged or bulk-in-container options may be possible; larger bulk-vessel programmes require a different commercial/logistics structure.
04
Sourcing approach
We evaluate grain merchants, packers and exporters based on grade availability, crop conditions, price, handling and documentation.
05
Quality, documentation & compliance
Phytosanitary, fumigation, residue, seed/plant-health and food/feed requirements vary by destination and use. Final documentation must be agreed before shipment.
